Hi! I’m Cristina Hoha, a certified nutritionist and personal trainer, and a graduate of the University of Westminster in London.
After a break during my maternity leave, I’m back with more experience and empathy for women going through similar changes.
Through my own experience, I’ve come to understand how various processes in the body are influenced by nutrition and how everyday life is affected. I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and have struggled with infertility, slow metabolism, weight gain, and more.
Through sport and nutrition, I’ve managed to balance my hormones, and I can help you do the same!Pregnancy also came with its challenges, and I dealt with classic symptoms like nausea, loss of appetite, and pelvic pain, so I understand how demanding this period can be.
